Homeland at Home, a community outreach program of Homeland Center, provides a full continuum of services to care for patients and to support families as their needs change.
Homeland HomeCare provides a full range of non-medical daily living assistance customized to client needs.
Home care emphasizes companionship, comfort and independence. Services are individualized and can include, but are not limited to: light housekeeping; errands such as grocery shopping or transportation; medication reminders and/or administration; bathing and dressing; monitoring diet and appetite; and help with meal preparation and eating.
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Homeland HomeCare only hires Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), who are supervised and trained by licensed nurses as Direct Care Workers per Department of Health guidelines. Homeland HomeCare services always live up to Homeland’s reputation for compassion and quality.
Home care is paid for by the client, either directly or through long-term care insurance.
