Volunteers are a key component to our successful activities program. Your dedication and service help to facilitate individual socialization and expand the possibilities for group events.
Volunteers should possess a positive attitude and good sense of humor, solid communication skills, good judgment and safety awareness, dependability, a love of seniors and a commitment to confidentiality.
Volunteer Opportunities include:
- Group activity aide
- One to one visitor
- Gift shop attendant
- Resident escort for community outings
- Your musical talent (singing, playing an instrument)
- Share your pet
- Share your area(s) of interest with a small group
- Teach a craft or skill
- Scrapbooking
- Sewing/Crocheting
- Aviary Maintenance
