Honoring Your Loved One - Gifts That Live On

A gift to Homeland Hospice is a fitting way to celebrate the lives of those you love and a meaningful way to express your appreciation for their care.

Memorial and Tribute Gifts are expressions of your thoughtfulness by continuing the legacy of their lives while assisting others.

Your gift may be in the form of cash or other assets of any value and, if you so desire, may be designated for specific hospice programs. These include:

• Educational Materials for Families and Patients
• Bereavement Support Groups
• Lending Library Literature
• Benevolent Care for those patients whose financial resources have been exhausted

If you do not wish to designate a specific allocation of your gift, your contribution will be placed in the Endowment Fund. This fund assures that all patients’ needs are met regardless of government funding or limited resources.

Homeland Hospice is an integral department of Homeland Center, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that has provided exemplary care since 1867. No one has ever been refused care because of the inability to pay.
