In building on our responsibility to provide the highest level of quality care to those who have entrusted the end of their lives to us, Homeland Center is proud to announce the development of Homeland Hospice.

Who We Are...

It takes a special kind of person to be a part of Hospice and that is why Homeland has built a team of highly trained, compassionate, caring individuals to provide the highest quality of care to its patients and their families.

Our competent staff consists of nurses, physicians, social workers, clergy, volunteers and bereavement support. Our Hospice team focuses on the patient as a whole to address all physical, spiritual and emotional needs. We work closely with loved ones serving as an educator, resource and support in any way possible.

What Is Our Goal…

The long- standing tradition of quality associated with Homeland Center is embedded with our goal of being respectful and considerate to all at the end stages of life. We will further assure the physical and emotional comfort of our patients and their families, and to do so in every aspect of our service to the community. We understand the difficulties end of life issues present, and we are fully committed to address all the needs of our patients and their loved ones.

What Is Our Commitment…

I am proud and honored to be a part of the Homeland Hospice team. My love for hospice started with caring for my own family, and has only grown. I believe it is a gift to be able to share this time with patients and their loved ones, and I am touched by the experiences I have shared with them. I have a strong commitment to my patients in that dignity, compassion and respect are at the heart of my leadership.
