Homeland Center offers twenty-four hour skilled nursing services for persons requiring either short or long term care.  Under the direction of on-site physicians, coordinated medical management services include medication administration, therapeutic diets, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, intravenous therapy, wound care, diagnostic studies, laboratory tests, social work services, therapeutic recreation, podiatry care, hearing evaluations, dental screenings, and emergency ambulance transportation. 

 

Homeland Center provides furnished private, premium semi-private and semi-private rooms.  Each room is also equipped with a call system, air conditioning/heating system, television, smoke and fire detectors, and a full sprinkler system.  All skilled beds are Medicare and Medicaid approved.  Each nursing unit offers its own eloquent dining room and comfortable living room area.

 

Many lovely “gathering spaces” are available for residents to visit with their families and friends.  Appointed with comfortable furnishings, some also may be used for celebrations such as birthday or holiday parties.   The latter may be reserved and the Dietary Department will assist in planning menus for these occasions if desired.
